Inspiration
This distinctly salty, refreshing cocktail was developed by Silvia Dorninger for Vienna’s Library by the Sea. Its name means “wanderlust.” To replicate it yourself, you’ll need the following:
Ingredients
50ml Matusalem Gran Reserva 15
30ml fermented orange & champagne vinegar
30ml salted and roasted peach syrup
10ml acid-adjusted lime
Coconut milk wash
Champagne
Combine all ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice. Pour into a coupe glass and add champagne.
