Creator: Matteo Zed

Venue: The Court

CIty: Rome

Inspiration

This sweet, stripped-down cocktail was crafted by Matteo Zed of The Court in Rome. You only need a few ingredients to make it:

Ingredients

50ml Matusalem Gran Reserva 15

20ml pineapple liqueur

Citric and malic acids

Coconut soda

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve in a highball glass, or if you want to give a nod to the classic piña colada, use a hurricane glass instead.
